Yeni Ma

Curator, Researcher

Yeni Ma, a curator and researcher based in Berlin, has dedicated her efforts to exploring methods for presenting and preserving the intangibility and ephemerality of transformative and vanishing artworks, such as performance and time-based works. As part of the Museum-Carbon-Project at the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Korea, Ma showcased her research on "Food and Edible Materials for Sustainable Art Practices." This project reflects her commitment to sustainable and innovative approaches in the art world. Notably, she recently curated the exhibition "Response-Ability," which delved into the intricate interconnections between social, political, and economic systems, and the pressing issue of the climate crisis.
