Alison Darby is a British-Luxembourg artist who was born in Belgium and currently lives and works in Berlin. After finishing her studies as a classical pianist, she went on to study sculpting in 2018 at the University of Fine Arts Berlin. Her work explores surfaces, urban archaeology, and territories that bear the marks of human presence. Darby's current project examines the human impact on landscapes, with a particular focus on agricultural practices, to raise questions about the possible sustainable future use of these landscapes and paludiculture, an innovative form of peatland farming.

앨리슨 다비는 벨기에 출신의 영국-룩셈부르크 작가로, 현재 베를린에서 활동하고 있다. 클래식 피아니스트로서 공부를 마친 후 2018년 베를린 미술대학에서 조각을 공부했다. 그녀의 작업은 인간의 존재 흔적이 남아 있는 표면, 도시 고고학, 영토를 탐구한다. 작가의 현재 프로젝트는 농업 관행에 초점을 맞춰 경관에 대한 인간의 영향을 연구한다. 역사적으로 경제적 목적을 위해 사용된 황무지의 배수 시설을 조사하고, 이탄지 농업의 혁신적인 형태인 팔루디컬처의 지속 가능한 미래 사용 가능성에 대한 질문을 제기한다. 작가는 인간과 자연의 관계에 대한 우리의 이해에 도전하는 미래 풍경의 사변적 지형을 구상하는 그림을 그리고자한다.
